We start with a detailed pre-inspection of your tiles and grout – assessing the finish of the tiles, any problems with the tiles or grout and any issues you would like to discuss.
Thorough preparation is our key to brilliant results. We start by installing protective corner guards to ensure your furniture is looked after during the cleaning.
We then pre-spray your tiles with the correct cleaning agent to achieve the results you are looking for, and allow the product to bond with the dirt, grease and grime.
The cleaning agents are scrubbed and agitated into your tile and grout lines by our powerful tile cleaning machines. These truck mounted machines reach deep into every nook and cranny of your tiles – but are gentle enough not to scratch even the most delicate of surfaces. Think of it like hundreds of toothbrushes for your tiles.
Using our turbo high-pressure power rinse machine, your tiles are rinsed clean of dirt and cleaning agents, while the water is instantly captured and removed from your tiles using a strong vacuum. This means our machines are safe to use indoors – with no splashing or mess from the machines. You are left with no puddles – just a sparkling clean floor!
Once clean, we then dry and finish your tiles to enhance their lustre and to ensure they are dry to walk on. If needed, we even bring in speed dryers to further reduce the drying time.
Finally, we conduct a post inspection with you, so you can thoroughly inspect our work.

Aqua-Pro Services do restoration cleaning to tile & grout but do not colour seal grout or re-colour grout.
For a time we thought about performing this service and we even thought about contracting this service out.
Aqua-Pro Services have decided to not do either.
We do however know many people in this industry however and recommend those interested in this service
use service providers that use Aqua-Mix or Grout Perfect products. Both product ranges have a great reputation.
Many of the other products on the market are not much better than the DIY products you can buy at hardware stores.
Grout colour sealing is fairly new to Queensland and the Government Building Authority may be showing some interest in
this procedure. At the time of writing ( 15/11/2011) Garth on (07) 3006 0268 would be the man to speak to as he understands
the interest the Goverment has in this fledgling service industry. Garth may be able to steer you in the right direction as to what to look for
in your potential service provider from a compliance point of view.
Once again look for your Aqua-Mix or Grout Perfect service providers when getting your quotations. The majority of providers
will only be able to provide quotes up to $ 2999 + GST. With the average square metre price being $ 20 + GST it would be highly unlikely that
the quote for your home or office would exceed this.
