This pricing information is to help you out. The fees mentioned below are a guide only and throughout the year our pricing does change.

Aqua-Pro Services is now completely booked out carpet cleaning & pest controlling homes, schools and offices until early February 2012.

Minimum Pricing – ( * $ 110 minimum booking applies for carpet cleaning in Brisbane )

All fees on this page are excluding GST.

Carpet Cleaning Brisbane – Rental Move-Outs, Bond Carpet Cleans & Empty Properties.

Average room is up to 15 square metres. Lounge and dining combined is considered 2 rooms. Whilst we nearly always vacuum each area it is assumed a vacuum has been done by you already after moving out. ( * $ 110 minimum booking applies )

House , Townhouse or Unit per room or set of stairs $ 22 each. Pest control also available if needed for rental move-outs.

Carpet Cleaning Brisbane – Occupied or Furnished Properties.

Our Gold service is specified below. Average room is up to 15 square metres. Lounge and dining combined is considered 2 rooms. ( * $ 110 minimum booking applies )

House , Townhouse or Unit per room or set of stairs $ 30 each. Carpet Protection $ 30 per room. Carpet Protection (Traffic area only) $ 25 per room.

Fabric Upholstery Cleaning Brisbane 1 seater, armchair or recliner $ 35 2 seater $ 70 3 seater $ 100 Fabric Protection $ 35 per seating position.

Fabric lounges on average take 2.5 hours for 5 seating positions. That is actual cleaning not including set-up and pack-up.

Leather Upholstery Cleaning Brisbane Per seat $ 45 per seating position. Leather protection $ 10 per seating position.

Leather lounge cleaning can take a long time. We have had some lounges requiring second appointments as they have run over the time allocated.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Ceramic tile & grout from $ 5 to $ 6 per square metre as a guide.

Porcelain tile & grout from $ 6 to $ 12 per square metre as a guide. [ Higher price would be for wax removal & / or grout haze removal ]

We cannot perform building work valued in excess of $2,999 ( + GST ). This statement is put in just in case the BSA decide that any of the above services fit under their umbrella of services they control. Large commercial carpet cleaning & pest management jobs may be in excess of this figure but do not constitiute building work.
